How do I listen?
Once the tracks are downloaded to your phone, you can listen immediately. For the best listening experience, we recommend using headphones or AirPods.
Can I listen on airplane mode or without wifi?
Once you have downloaded the tracks to your phone you do not need wifi to listen. You can play the tracks on airplane mode using the inbuilt speaker on your phone. In order to connect airpods or wireless headphone you will need bluetooth enabled, which is automatically disabled on airplane mode.
Should I be lying down?
We recommend being in a comfortable position while listening to the tracks: this may be sitting or lying down on your back with your hands at your side. For the night-time nidra tracks we do recommend lying down so you can stay as still as possible.
How do I stop tracks from auto-playing?
We recommend using the 'Sleep Timer' function on your podcast app to stop your phone from automatically playing the next track. Normally, you can control these settings in the same place you play a track by scrolling down the past the 'Play' button. If you are having trouble finding the right place, email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp us +64-22-161-1740 and we will help you.
What if I fall asleep?
It’s perfectly fine if you fall asleep. We recommend utilizing the sleep timer on your podcast app to stop the next track from playing, in case you do fall asleep. Falling asleep before the end of a track is what your body and mind need in that moment. There's no need to force yourself to stay awake.
What if I don't fall asleep?
The act of listening to meditations on any of our albums will slow your brain waves, encouraging your body to drop from beta waves (alert and awake) to alpha waves (relaxed and receptive), and then into theta waves (deep relaxation). If you don't fall asleep during a meditation, your mind would have experienced moments of theta waves which will encourage your body to fall asleep after you finish listening.
Do I have to use it every night?
We would encourage you to listen to your MV tracks daily if it suits you, but there is certainly no need to listen daily if you are unable to. The compounding effects of meditations, and in particularly the Night-time Nidras, can create fundamental shifts in your life by re-wiring your brain while you are in a receptive state.
Can anyone listen?

Is there an age restriction?
