The Good Night's Sleep album contains both the Night-time Nidras and Bedtime Rituals albums. The tracks range in length from 5 minutes to 1 hour. For the best results, we recommend starting with the Bedtime Rituals album and listening to 1-2 per night to decompress from the day and start winding down. When you are ready to sleep, listening to a nidra from the Night-time Nidras album will induce a deeply restorative sleep.

With the Good Night's Sleep album you can choose something new every night based on the time you have available, the emotions you are dealing with from the day, or the results you wish to experience in your life.   • Do I need to buy the other albums before purchasing this?

    If you want to buy both the Night-time Nidras album and the Bedtime Rituals album, we recommend buying the Good Night's Sleep album instead which combines those two albums.
  • Does it come with any instructions about the tracks?

    Yes, this album comes with detailed information about each track and suggestions on how and when to use the tracks, available in your podcast player.
  • When is the best time to listen?

    This album is focused on sleep, and most of the tracks are designed for listening in the hour or two before you fall asleep. We recommend listening to the album in places free from disturbances. A private space, like a bedroom, is ideal. You can listen to the album in places that are noisy, however the possibility of sudden interruptions can activate a stress response in the body, which should be avoided.
