Bedtime Rituals

Our bedtime meditations create positive in-bed rituals that encourage restful and restorative sleep. Rather than falling asleep watching Netflix or scrolling through social media on your phone, you are guided through a selection of meditations and exercises designed to calm and slow your thinking as you prepare for sleep.

You are encouraged to focus on your breath, grow comfortable with silence, and access your subconscious mind through visualisation. The album includes comforting stories, affirmations, and prompts that create space between your waking hours and the restful sleep to come.

This album includes 16 tracks (almost 3 hours of content) delivered instantly to your favourite podcast app, along with instructions to help you choose the right nidra. If you have any questions, we are always here to help—email hello@mindfulvoices.co or you can WhatsApp us.

Questions and Answers

  • How is this different from the Night-time Nidra album?

We think of a 'good night's sleep' being made up of two parts; falling asleep and sleeping well. The Bedtime Rituals album is deisgned to focus on time leading up to the point where you fall asleep. By decompressing, bringing your body and mind into awareness, and relaxing your logical mind. You would listen to the tracks on the Bedtime Rituals album in the hour or two before you fall asleep, whereas you would listen to the tracks on the Night-time Nidras album right before you intend to fall asleep.
  • Do I need to buy this if I have already purchased the Night-time Nidras album?

The Night-time Nidras album focuses on a different aspect of a 'good night's sleep' to the Bedtime Rituals album. In this sense, both albums help you get a good night's sleep in very distinct ways.
  • Will this help me sleep?

There are a range of different exercises and practices in the Bedtime Rituals album that will help you sleep. A part of a 'good night's sleep' that is often overlooked is the winding down period, from a state of full wakefulness to being relaxed enough to fall asleep. This window of time is the focus of the Bedtime Rituals album.
  • When is the best time to listen?

This album was deisgned to be listened to in the hour or two before you fall asleep. You may start winding down from the day by listening to one or two tracks, which can help create space from the day and signal to your body that you are preparing for sleep. You may already have a self-care sequence, such as reading or a skin-care routine, that will help you wind down. You can then listen more tracks from the album that will help you relax as you lie down and prepare to sleep.
  • Does it come with any instructions about the tracks?

Yes, this album comes with detailed information about each track and suggestions on how and when to use the tracks, available in your podcast player.
